This fully integrated imaging module allows you to scan, store, retrieve and print important images right from a debtor account screen. No need to interface with another company's imaging program. Additionally, you can save a merge document as an image. The image or file will automatically be attached to the debtor accounts as part of the listing.
Search for images or files by type, operator, date, and a keyword search on description. Images and files can easily be emailed directly from the viewer listing using this module.
Includes a debtor account level screen which contains subrogation data fields such as date of loss, insurance policy information, accident information, detail of insured's expenses, as well as insured, witness, and police information. Data fields are available as merge fields for document generation. The Subrogation screen is only displayed on accounts where the client has been identified as a subrogation client.
Restricts the user to a view only mode and limits their access to debtor accounts by specific client account codes. This module was designed for clients who want to access your system directly using a remote connection to review debtor account status.
Web Remote Viewing Feature

Web Remote Viewing permits you or your clients to remotely view debtor account information via the internet using Internet Explorer. There is an initial $100.00 activation fee to get started. Enhanced Service packages are available. Contact JST sales staff for details.
