After over 20 years of dedication and leadership, Scott Weaver announces his retirement as of January 1, 2011. Scott is the founder of JST, and has been the president of the corporation throughout the years. Scott will remain involved with the company in the position of chairman of the board of directors. In addition, he will provide ongoing consulting services. The company has enjoyed much success thanks to his commitment and leadership.

JST is pleased to announce that Kurt Baese will assume the role of president. Kurt has been a part of the JST family since 1997, and has been serving in the role of vice president of Sales and Marketing. With extensive knowledge of the industry and established customer relationships, Kurt is prepared to guide the company toward continued success.

A free version of LogMeIn would also be installed on your PC. Once you have the app installed, you can access CollectMax remotely and work in real time.

LogMeIn Ignition is also available for the iPhone and Android devices as well. JST has not tested CollectMax on these devices, but you may want to give it a try.

Two free webinars were held to give Customers an opportunity to preview the new Version 5.0 of CollectMax. Over 80 users participated in the webinars and many since have viewed the recorded versions available on line.

JST has completed testing Microsoft’s latest release of Word and Excel with CollectMax. Both of these products are part of the Microsoft Office 2010 suite released on June 15, 2010. If you are using the 2010 version of MS-Word to interface with CollectMax, contact JST Technical Support for a program update at help@collectmax.com or 804.288.7850. No updates is needed to interface with MS-Excel.

Congratulations to several JST Customers sworn in at the U.S. Supreme Court last month. On May 17, 2010, Francesco Fabiano, Flynn LaVrar, Terry Legum, Harvey Moore, and James Vaughan were admitted into practice before the United States Supreme Court along with other 19 other NARCA members.

Microsoft Office 2010 was released on June 15, 2010. JST is in the process of testing Office 2010 with CollectMax. At this time we are unable to recommend that you purchase or upgrade to this version for use with CollectMax. We will keep you posted of the outcome of our testing. NOTE: Testing of both MS-Word and Excel was completed in June and the MS Office 2010 releases of both of these programs works with CollectMax.
