JST now accepts PayPal as a form of payment. Use the form below to pay your JST account balance. You are not required to have a PayPal account to pay by credit card, PayPal only requires that you have an account if you are paying via a checking account.
All you need to get started is your invoice, authorization, or proposal number. Enter the information shown in the form below and then click on the “Pay Now” Button to proceed to PayPal.
JST Emergency Support Agreement
JST offers emergency support to support contract holders after-hours during evenings, weekends, and holidays. If your firm has a current support contract, you are eligible. Just download and complete the emergency support agreement form and return it to our office. For details regarding support fees and hours, refer to the agreement or contact our office.
Web Remote Viewing Module
The Web Remote Viewing (WRV) feature for CollectMax™ provides a web site for holding debtor claim information for viewing by clients and law firm employees outside the office. Using a standard web browser, claims can be viewed using almost any Internet connection. For details regarding licensing and pricing, download the WRV form.
